The staff were friendly & polite, with helpful restaurant recommendations. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast selection was very good. The spa treatments were excellent.
The hotel restaurant for evening meals was very over-priced, I would recommend using the more local restaurants, which the hotel can recommend. The pool was a little on the small side if you are hoping to swim a lot, but still pleasant for relaxing after a days walking.

The ambience - the warmth and friendliness of the staff; the lovely room, including the chocolates on the pillows [nice touch] and the stocked mini bar. All of these were appreciated. We were without a car so the nearness to the station was excellent. It was onlya few minutes walk into the centre of Zakopane but far enough away for us not to be 'disturbed' by any late night revellers...if there were any. All the staff were helpful, even allowing us to checkin earlier than our expected time. We would happily have left our luggage in a baggage room but the receptionist said as the room was ready we could leave our things in it. he even sent up some coffee!
I was dispapointed that the spa/swimming pool wasn't available until 12 noon on weekdays. Perhaps this could be altered so that guests could use the facilities in the mornings thus allowing them a full day out. However, I DID use the pool early evening....it was quite empty and fabulous!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful spa and wellness area. The pool and sauna were especially relaxing. The hotel location was perfect, situated next to a lovely park and close to the bus station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great tips for getting around and exploring this city. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Couldn't stay longer.

Perfect location, very quiet, nice and helpful staff, fine breakfast
A bit small room for a 5* hotel and a ridiculous tv; the walls should be repainted; it turned out only at the spa reception that the sauna costs extra 40 pln (10 €) and only the use of the baby sized swimming pool is included in the price - I think this should be more clear

Nice, comfortable and disrcrete hotel. Excellent location, super spa/swmming pool, good breakfast. Nice simple minibar in room included. Quite and relaxing environment.
In one of our rooms we had noisy fan and light bulb missing which should have been checked before we arrived. However both were fixed immediately after we mentioned at reception.

The location is perfect, tucked away in peaceful gardens but still conveniently close to the bus station. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities like ironing facilities and a sitting area. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed. The swimming pool and spa facilities were top-notch, providing a great way to unwind after a long day. The restaurant and bar area were also excellent, offering delicious food and a wide selection of drinks. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
This hotel is also a great choice for families, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.

Nice atmosphere in a wooded setting and grounds, very convenient to village shops, restaurants and sites.
Our room was very nice but the access only by stairs to the upper floor where our room was located was difficult since one of us has a knee/walking condition.

The building was charming and beautifully decorated. The food at breakfast was varied and tasty, and there was a good selection of hot and cold options. The location was great, just a short walk from the main street of the town, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding us.
Our experience was somewhat marred by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. No one seemed interested in helping us in any way, and we felt like we were imposing on them.

Good Location near to centre, coach and railway station. Cleanliness of hotel and rooms - well cared for.
Poor facilities for 5 star hotel: tea/coffe not in room, mini bar with only water or apple juice, no lounge area or place to get a drink before 3pm, poor shower, poor hairdryer, no sat tv (nothing in English) ,no flim on demand service, very limited room service menu, cold pool in spa. Dated hotel which needs to be brought up to cerrent standard of good 4 star hotels

Large spacious rooms
Swiming Pool was not warm enough, could have been +4c warmer, felt like it was +18c. The wine is poor, I like good wine and I purchased their most expensive bottles and all were not enjoyable. I would go back if the swiming pool heating was higher & the wine was higher quality.
